Country Manager

Zira Care is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Country Manager to oversee our business operations in Nepal and India. This leadership role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of our organization in these key markets. The Country Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to enhance sales, marketing, and operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with Zira Care's overall objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Operations: Oversee daily operations in Nepal and India, ensuring efficient processes and adherence to company policies. Implement best practices to optimize productivity and performance across all departments.
  • Sales Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities and expanding market presence.
  • Marketing Strategy: Lead the marketing efforts in both countries, including the development of marketing campaigns, brand positioning, and promotional activities. Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance. Provide guidance and support to ensure team members achieve their individual and collective goals.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure the profitability of operations while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, as well as Zira Care’s internal policies. Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes that may impact operations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including product development, customer service, and finance, to ensure a cohesive approach to business operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of the business landscape in Nepal and India.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
